LXCCOLLECCTION do not offer refund on items, we do offer exchange (size). Delay of 14 days after delivered. If the outfit feels too tight or maybe too loose you can directly contact us and apply for a return. Contact us first and we will gladly take care o the situation.  LXCCOLLECCTION  accept return only if there is a manifacture problem ( wich mean quality, sizes,wholes), depending on the severity of the problem, refund will be sent to you.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for all orders to be received and processed for shipping. Also, the international shipping varies by territory. 1/2 chances you received it sooner than expected and 1/2 chances you received it just on time or approximately.
